Gifted American Director, Writer and Producer, Jarryn M. Bingham, is now a finalist for the 16th Anniversary Peachtree Village International Film Festival (PVIFF) which will be held online at www.pviffatl.com from Oct. 21-23rd.

The web series is a part of Bingham and his company’s Short Film/Web Series competition. It’s entitled “Night Sweats” and it’s 10 mins in length. Its synopsis revolves around a madam who finds her business slowly becoming a human trafficking ring.

Jarryn M. Bingham was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. After graduating from Mississippi College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, he relocated to Atlanta, Georgia to pursue a career in law enforcement. After a 2 year stint in law enforcement, he made a complete 180 and set his sights on performing arts. He’s performed throughout several community theaters in Atlanta and independent films throughout the southeast.

In the summer of 2020, he directed and produced his first series, Night Sweats. Though new to producing and directing, his vision is to help cultivate Atlanta talent both above the line and below the line while simultaneously pushing for bolder stories and bolder filmmaking. He’s the co-founder of Maurice & Maxwell Productions and plans to build the company through projects that create dialogue and promote change.
